We really enjoyed our visit! The staff was very nice and helpful. They did a great job at describing the process and procedure. My son was having severe pain, so they were able to get him in for an emergency appointment, and gave us a prescription for medication to help him stay comfortable until his procedure in a couple weeks. My son loved the arcade and the prize at the end of the visit! That is a great bonus that helps keep kids happy and distracted while they wait. The waiting rooms are nice as well. CONSTRUCTION (as of June 2026) The only issue right now is out of their hands, which is the construction happening on Alexis. The road is closed off at Alexis and Acres, but you can still access the dentist by either coming from the north on Acres or through the Taco Bell parking lot if coming from East on Alexis.

Had a recent mishap with one of my kids (age4) needing an Inspection of a tooth. New patient so didnt expect much of a time frame to get us in, bit of my surprise it was a fast turn around! Tooth had to be removed and it's nothing we haven't gone through already. The process was fast and efficient and the staff was amazing with our kid. They knew how to talk to them and help them understand a lot of what was going on, as well as HOW to explain it. They explained the process in a gentle way without saying key words like pain, shot, needles, etc, you get the jist. Words that would scare a typical kid at an office right ? High praise to the staff during our visit, well be back, but hopefully not to soon! 🙂

My 9yo son was scheduled for extraction of 3 baby teeth that were crowding his permanent teeth today. This was his first extraction, so we asked his dentist last week to walk him through the procedure to help his anxiety. The dentist assured him that he would be asleep through the procedure and wake up a little sore, that soreness lasting a few days. When my son was called back for his extractions I asked if a parent could be on the room, as I had a gut instinct that he would need one of us. His father went in with him. In the room they gave my son what we assumed would be nitrous oxide so he would sleep through the procedure, but he was not falling asleep. His father was told that the sleepy gas was only given on certain days and he would need to be rescheduled to get it. His father had to make a rash decision because this office cannot properly communicate with parents they're making appointments. My 9yo son had all 3 teeth removed while he was awake. It was super traumatic, and I'm livid and heartbroken for him. Waking into the office it looks impressive with their free arcade area, but once they take the kids back it seems like they treat them like cattle.

Awesome first visit!!! my son Caiden had a dental cleaning and exam brittani was wonderful she did a great job making my son feel comfortable and really made the visit fun and educational. Dr. Paulus was also wonder she took her time to exam caidens overall oral health and gave us a good report no cavities!!! I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great kid friendly practice A++.

Best pediatric dentist office. We have been coming here for 5 years and every time we are treated great. They are extremely patient with all of my kids and have made each dental experience a positive one. This past appointment was right before Mother’s Day and they had a table set up for them to do a craft for me for Mother’s Day.
